We are a 100% Canadian owned and operated local service provider with the benefit of national support. Our customers get nationwide warranties on tires, mechanical services as well as the personal service of a local owner/manager who lives in, shops in, and supports their community.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenues via effective inside selling techniques for all existing and new wholesale and retail customers.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be a people-person who thrives in a team environment. Candidates must possess a valid G driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle in order to be considered for this role.

Shift: Full-time hours; Monday-Friday and scheduled Saturdays. Overtime when required.

Your Tasks:

  • Manage inside sales, tire sales, scheduling and ensuring phone coverage; including during peak-seasons and alternate Saturdays
  • Provide clients with day-to-day service and responding to client needs in an organized and timely manner
  • Up-sell the client by highlighting the importance of additional services that the customer may not initially consider
  • Document and record maintenance and services completed for customers
  • Verify customer contact information and preferred contact method
  • Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers to improve processes with the goal of improving the customer experience
  • Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries
  • Provide quotes and pricing; negotiate competitive rates for tires and rims
  • Ensure online quotes are effectively managed
  • Inventory management; re-order parts as needed
  • Issue Purchase orders for tires and rims as needed
  • Invoicing – issue invoices and follow-up on payment
  • Handle cash transactions safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Attend training workshops as requested
  • Always represent yourself and the company in a professional manner
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required

We Require:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service and sales experience with tires and wheels
  • A valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma; post-secondary degree or diploma an asset
  • Prior experience with POS software; CoStar an asset
  • Goal-oriented and able to achieve personal as well as team sales targets
  • Must follow all Health & Safety requirements
  • Prior sales and customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced and energetic work environment
  • Must be able to lift parts up to 50 lbs
