We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team.
As a highly skilled Mechanical Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in the fabrication, assembly, and troubleshooting of vacuum systems.

Your Role:
- Precise fabrication and assembly of advanced vacuum systems and components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vacuum systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Operate a wide range of tools, including manual and power tools, lathes, and end mills, to craft and maintain complex machinery.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on mechanical experience.
- Expertise in handling intricate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
- Relevant education in mechanical technology is an asset.
- A deep understanding of mechanical systems integration and control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints with ease.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail for resolving technical challenges efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborative project work.
- Proficiency in a variety of fabrication techniques and a commitment to safety standards in the workplace.
- Physical stamina for hands-on tasks, including extended work hours when necessary.
- Experience with scientific vacuum techniques an asset.
- A proactive mindset focused on quality control, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Location & Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (based on-site at our Halton Hills facility)
- Opportunity for global travel to customer sites, making a direct impact worldwide.
